Performance characteristics

1. This product uses normal temperature to 280 °C.

2. Soluble in 80 times soft water.

3. The degree of acid and alkali resistance is pH=6-11.

4. It can be used in the same bath as an anionic surfactant or dye, a nonionic surfactant, or hydrogen peroxide.

5. The whiteness is 3-5 times higher than that of VBL and DMS under the same amount, and the water solubility is almost the same as VBL and DMS.

6. Compared with CBS-X, the water solubility is slightly worse, but CBS-X can be carried away with water, and the coating is easy to migrate and yellow.

7.This product effectively solves the temperature resistance, weather resistance, yellowing resistance and migration resistance of fluorescent whitening agents in water-based paints and water-based paints, and can maintain the whiteness of paints and paints after construction.

Application

[Use 1]

Water-based paint products for various types of process formulas such as acrylic latex paint, acrylic water and polyurethane synthetic waterborne wood lacquer, polyurethane water lacquer, real stone lacquer, waterproof coating, colorful coating, dry powder mortar, dry powder putty, construction glue, water-based color paste.

[Use 2]

The amount of addition is small, and the whitening and brightening effect is excellent. At present, it is a high-efficiency fluorescent whitening agent suitable for waterborne coatings and lacquers at home and abroad.

Instructions

There are three ways to add fluorescent whitening agents depending on the different processes of the coating:

1. The fluorescent whitening agent is added as a powdered product in the color paste grinding process (that is, the preparation process of the color paste), and then sufficiently ground until the particles are less than 20 μm and uniformly dispersed in the coating.

2. After the fluorescent whitening agent is ground fine, it is added to the coating through a high speed disperser.

3. In the production process, dissolve the fluorescent whitening agent with 80:1 water and ethanol mixture with warm water of about 30-40 degrees, then add it to the water-based paint, and mix well to disperse evenly. The amount added is 0.02-0.05% by weight of the coating.
